That conviction has shaped our company since 1997, and it shapes everything we plan today: curated leisure travel, Bibleland journeys for communities of faith and corporate events built to leave a lasting impression.
Our Story
Denise Ong spent more than 25 years in demanding multinational roles: commercial management and supply chain leadership at Schaeffler Group and Unilever, then director and later sole owner of a technology company.
She was good at making large, complex operations run. What stayed with her, though, was the people. She saw what happened when companies looked after their teams properly: people stepped forward and teams pulled together.
In 2022, she renamed that company International Gerizim. The name comes from Mount Gerizim, the mountain of blessing in the Bible, and reflects her belief that care, planned well, lifts people up.
Today, that belief comes to life across everything she leads: curated leisure journeys for the discerning traveller, Bibleland experiences for communities of faith, corporate retreats and signature events, team engagement sessions, leadership and wellness talks.
She works directly with clients and partners, taking each project from first conversation to final delivery.
