Our Story
Denise Ong spent more than 25 years inside some of the world’s most demanding organisations, commercial management and supply chain leadership at Schaeffler Group and Unilever; from manager, and later director and sole shareholder, of Awa Instruments, a French technology brand.
She was good at making large, complex things work. But what she carried with her from those years was never the processes.
It was the people.
She saw what happens when organisations take genuine care of their teams. When events are built with real intention, when experiences are designed around a purpose, when individual wellbeing moves from an afterthought to a priority. She saw people step forward. She saw teams become something more.
In 2022, International Gerizim was born. Named for the mountain that blesses. ‘Gerizim’: a symbol of purpose-driven renewal, elevation and intentional impact. The belief that every act of genuine care, structured with intention, has the power to lift people higher.
Today, that belief comes to life across everything she leads: curated leisure journeys for the discerning traveller, Bibleland experiences for communities of faith, corporate retreats and signature events, team engagement sessions, leadership and wellness talks.
She works directly with organisations, clients, and trusted partners. Taking each idea from first conversation to final delivery, bringing together the right people, the right planning and the kind of attention to detail that makes an experience feel effortless when it lands.
