Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

  • These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Gerizim website (“Site”) and the purchase and use of any event ticket (“Ticket”) sold by International Gerizim Pte. Ltd. (“Gerizim”, “we”, “us”).
  • Whether you purchase Tickets using a registered account or as a guest, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. User Accounts

  • Creating an account on the Site is optional.
  • If you choose to register an account, you must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.
  • You are responsible for all actions conducted under your account.
  • Account features may include:
    • Access to past orders
    • Convenient retrieval of Tickets
    • Faster checkout
    • Access to exclusive content or promotions (if introduced)

3. Ticket Purchase & Payment

  • Tickets may be purchased via:
    • A registered user account; or
    • Guest checkout without account creation
  • Ticket prices are displayed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
  • Gerizim does not store, transmit, or process credit card information on its servers.
  • A binding contract is formed when payment is successfully processed and we issue a Ticket confirmation.

4. Ticket Delivery

  • Tickets purchased may be delivered via:
    • Email
    • Your user account (if registered)
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your email address is correct and accessible.

5. Ticket Validity

  • A Ticket grants entry only to the specific Event, date, time, and venue stated on it.
  • A valid Ticket and matching identification must be presented at the Event.

6. Non-Refundable Policy

  • All Tickets are strictly non-refundable, including for:
    • Change of mind
    • Illness or personal emergencies
    • Scheduling conflicts
    • Travel issues
    • No-shows
  • Refunds will only be issued if the Event is cancelled by Gerizim and not rescheduled.

7. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

  • If an Event is cancelled and not rescheduled, we will refund the Ticket price paid.
  • If an Event is rescheduled, your Ticket remains valid for the new date.
  • No refunds will be issued if you are unable to attend the rescheduled date.

8. Non-Transferable Tickets

  • Tickets are strictly non-transferable.
  • Only the person whose name appears on the Ticket may use it.
  • Entry will be denied if the identification does not match.

9. Prohibited Resale

  • Tickets may not be resold, gifted, transferred, or used for promotional purposes.
  • Any Ticket detected to be resold or transferred will be invalidated without refund.

10. Entry & Conduct

  • Gerizim and venue staff reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person for:
    • Disruptive or unsafe behaviour
    • Non-compliance with staff instructions
    • Breach of these Terms
  • No refunds will be issued if admission is refused for cause.
  • You consent to reasonable security checks.

11. Changes to Event Programme

  • Programmes, speakers, schedules, and venue arrangements may change.
  • Such changes do not entitle Ticket Holders to refunds.

12. Liability & Indemnity

  • To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Gerizim’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the Ticket.
  • Gerizim is not responsible for indirect losses such as:
    • Travel or accommodation costs
    • Business or income loss
    • Consequential damages
  • You agree to indemnify Gerizim for claims resulting from your misconduct or breach of these Terms.

13. Intellectual Property

  • All Site content, including text, images, branding, and graphics, is owned or licensed by Gerizim and may not be used without permission.

14. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We collect personal data necessary for processing your Ticket purchase, whether through account checkout or guest checkout.
  • Gerizim complies with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore.

15. Third-Party Services

  • Payment processing is handled by Stripe; their terms and privacy policies apply.
  • Gerizim is not responsible for the practices or content of external websites.

16. Updates to Terms

  • We may revise these Terms periodically.
  • Continued use of the Site or Tickets constitutes acceptance of any updates.

17. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by Singapore law.
  • Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in Singapore courts.
